Registration begins Wednesday, March 6 at 7:30 am. Please remember to refresh your page so you will know when we are live.

To Register
Enter your child’s first and last name, the age he/she will be during the camp session, the session requested and, if you would like to give a donation to the Walden West Programs. Click “ADD” as you enter each child for each session. If you create a list of entries without clicking on “ADD” each time, you will lose all, but the first session/person “ADDED”. After adding all children click on “REGISTER” to move to the next step.

Registration secures your spot. Consider clicking “REGISTER” after each ADD. Especially when registering for Leaders in Training (LIT) and World of Wonder (WOW) sessions.

If you are registering children from multiple families, please exit from your log-in and use the log-in information for each family when entering names. If you do not do this, we will not have their contact information for communication purposes.

World of Wonder (WOW) enrollment is limited to one (1) week per child during initial registration but that does not limit you from signing up for other programs. Beginning Wednesday March 13, you may add more World of Wonder (WOW) sessions. Priority registration is given to campers who are not enrolled in another session. Leaders in Training (LIT) is limited to one (1) week. Leaders in Training (LIT) graduates are prioritized and given a spot in Junior Counselors the following year.

Wait List
You will automatically be added to the Wait List if the session is full and you can continue the registration process. You may be added to as many wait lists as you would like, but cannot be added to a waitlist until the session is full. You will not be asked to pay until you are put in the session desired. We will email you if a spot becomes available. Please be sure to check your spam email folder.

Payment System for Summer Registration Morning March 6
Although you can register as early as 7:30 am March 6, you will not be able to pay for your session until noon, March 6. When you click on the “FINISH” button you will immediately be emailed a payment link that must be used by Wednesday March 13. This link will take you through the payment process. At the end of the payment process, click on "COMPLETE REGISTRATION/GET CONFIRMATION" to complete the pay process and receive your final payment confirmation. If you do not complete payment, you will be taken off the roster on Wednesday, March 13 by 6:00 pm.

Payment system begining in the afternoon of March 6th
When you have finished adding sessions, click on “PAY NOW”. After finishing the payment process, click on "COMPLETE REGISTRATION/GET CONFIRMATION" to complete registration and receive your confirmation.

When your transaction is complete, remember to click the button that says "COMPLETE REGISTRATION/GET CONFIRMATION" to finish the registration process. If you do not click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION/GET CONFIRMATION" the payment process will not be complete.

After registering, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the session(s) you requested. Please read carefully to find out if you are enrolled or on the waiting list.

Required Forms
Each summer camp participant must have a completed Walden West Summer Registration Packet. Please complete a packet, any additional needed health or medication form(s) and turn in on the Monday of the registered week of camp. If unable to complete in advance, we will have packets available at camp.

Walden West requires a written request emailed to wwsummercamp@sccoe.org for refunds at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the session you wish to cancel. There is a $150 non-refundable fee for each cancelled week and a $250 charge for switching or transferring a week. Requests for a transfer of a prepaid session is dependent upon availability (open spots).

Bus Service
Complimentary busing, to and from Walden West, will be available by request. The bus will run beginning Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon each week at varied times by program (7:30-8:45 am and 4:00-5:15 pm). Look for additional information on location/times to be emailed and on our website provided later.

AM Camp care
AM Camp 7:30-8:45 am is free for all day campers.

After care
Need more time to pick up your camper after camp ends? After camp care is available for $35 per child / per week. Sign up and pay on the Monday of the registered week by cash or check to Walden West. No refunds available.
